Booking your Appointment
Please call (801) 895-4163 between 10 am-8 pm to reserve your preferred appointment time. Lavande does not currently offer an online booking option or same day appointments. You may contact us via lavandespautah@gmail.com to request an appointment. Please note that the date and time you request may not be available.
Time of Services
The service time is based on driving distances between appointments. To reserve an appointment, a valid credit card is needed to hold the appointment. An address where the massage is being booked must be provided upon booking. If address differs from that of the credit card, additional information will need to be provided. Appointments can be reserved 7 days a week between the hours of 10 am and 8 pm.
We are a small office that does not have a receptionist so we rely on voicemail and email. Our therapists return phone calls and emails between appointments or at the end of the day. Please leave us a message or email as your business is important to us. We will contact you to confirm your actual appointment details.
Cancelation Policy
Lavande has a 24-hour cancelation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a day's notice. If canceling the same day, a 50% of services booked will be charged to the credit card used to hold the reservation. A refund will be provided if proof of medical/personal emergency is provided to Lavande within 48 hours of cancelation.
Our promise
The time you book is the time you spend on the table; pre/post massage intake will not take away from your massage time. If for any reason your appointment needs to be rescheduled you will receive a 50% discount on your next service or 100% credit if 'canceled' same day.
